The truth about Michael's money...and Jackson family greed

There has been much talk about Michael Jackson's will.

I have heard some people allege his will, made official in 2002, was signed while Michael was under the influence of prescription pills or that he was tricked into signing the document or some other nonsense.

I don't buy any of that crap. Although I cannot be completely certain, I feel strongly Michael was completely lucid when he organized and signed his will.

My suspicion has always been it was the Jackson family who first circulated the idea that Michael was somehow 'not all there' when he signed his will for the simple fact he did not leave them any money!

News of the World has obtained a full copy of Michael's will, and the accompanying story further legitimized my belief in the de facto position of Jackson greed.

It's truly disgusting.

A quick overview of the basics of Michael's will, in terms of his estate:

Michael allotted 40 percent to his mother, Katherine, 40 percent to his children--Prince, Paris, and Blanket--and 20 percent to any children's charities the executors feel are deserving:

As stated in the first and second documents, the 'committee'--consisting of the estate executors and Katherine Jackson--have the ability to create a charity under the guise of benefiting children. Even if they may have to get past John Branca and John McClain for complete approval, if you ever see, in the near future, any one of the Jacksons starting a charity for children, best believe it is a scam to get part of that 20 percent...

The children are slated to receive their monies around thirty years old! This actually doesn't surprise me; Michael himself has stated his dislike of spoiled Hollywood rich kids. While the children can petition for cash from their trust funds and will be well-furnished until age 21, they will only be allowed full access to it once they are well into adulthood.

So, it is a good way to at least lessen the likelihood of any one of his children turning into Paris Hilton types. Well, maybe...

Michael also allotted funds for his favorite nephews and cousins: Tito Jackson's three sons of the group 3T--TJ, Taj, and Taryll Jackson--and three of his younger cousins, Levon, Anthony, and Elijah Jackson:

Despite this, however, none of them will receive anything unless Michael's three children die without having children of their own. So, basically, they aren't going to get anything directly from his estate; money received would merely be an unexpected windfall and highly unlikely to boot. But the thought was there. 

Also, there had been fuss (Jackson created, of course) over who had been designated as the executors of Michael's estate:  

As one can see from the document above, Michael clearly named whom he wanted to take control of his estate upon his death, and John Branca and John McClain are currently doing their duties to Michael. Thus, the objections from grifter-controlled Jackson family members are most definitely misplaced, to say the least.

Finally, Michael stipulated a 'no contest' clause. In a nutshell, it forbade any beneficiary to contest any part of the will or trust lest they lose their inheritance:

This was, of course, another intelligent move on Michael's part. I guess he knew his family, didn't he? He probably suspected someone would eventually chew Katherine's ear and get her to contest some aspect of the will and her money would immediately go to her three grandchildren, who wouldn't be able to touch their trusts until most of the Jackson family are well into old age.

But, then again, Joe still swindles and grifts as a member of senior citizenry, so, I guess it is still possible for his own children to do the same, no?

Outside of those mentioned, Michael left no monies to any other family members or to close friends.

There has been erroneous speculation with regards to Michael having had a fourth child, Omer Bhatti. What is evident by these trust documents and his short will is Michael did not have any children outside of Prince, Paris, and Blanket. If Michael had had another child he would have immediately created another document to provide for them; as it stands, Michael first met Omer in 1996, years before he drafted and signed his will and trusts.

So, everyone still speaking the 'Omer Bhatti is Michael's son!' nonsense need to go somewhere and sit down.

With the specifics of the will and trust laid out, you would think no one would or could find a way to make a stink over it.

Wrong.

Such naivete must be abandoned when dealing with the Jackson family.

But the documents have caused disquiet among Jackson family members. One said: "There are many strange things in this trust. Rebbie and LaToya were so very close to their brother that he would've wanted to leave them with something."

The quote above from a Jackson family source is simultaneously laughable and frightening. I truly wonder whether the family source is someone close to La Toya. She is the type who frequents British and other European tabloids.

That aside, La Toya should never, ever expect to get anything from Michael. She knows if any inheritance was received, she, too, would be surprised, along with everyone else in the world! We can't forget she called him a pedophile during the height of the 1993 child molestation allegations. It doesn't matter what anyone says about her having been 'brainwashed' by Jack Gordon.

None of that matters!

La Toya has always played the perpetual victim; she never bothered to take responsibility for her actions. We've all seen the video clip of her in Tel Aviv 'reading' a card of 'what to say' regarding Michael and young boys; it's either La Toya had the greatest script and she's the best actress in the world or she was thinking all of that stuff herself.

She burned her bridges with Michael. They were very close and, even when they had made amends, I believe she was most certainly kept at a distance. I'm all for second chances but La Toya was rightfully shunned.

Last night a family insider said: "Michael had his fallings out with his father and brothers but, being the generous soul he was, it's almost unbelievable he left them with nothing."

Once again, complete nonsense.

Michael's so-called 'falling out' with his father began when he was still a teen and lasted right up until his death. Joe's own protestations for money--in the form of a 'monthly allowance' of $15,000 to cover entertainment, dining out, and traveling expenses--following his son's death underscore the savage insensitivity he had with regards to his son.

Similar to La Toya, it is silly for Joe to have ever expected a penny from Michael.

I won't discuss Michael's other brothers and sisters. Outside of Jermaine, Randy and La Toya, respectively, I have a hard time believing any of the others would have a problem with how Michael divided his estate.

What is evident from the quotes by News of the World's Jackson family insiders is the family members cut from the will completely are flabbergasted 'weak and controlled' Michael saw fit to remember their grifting! I sincerely believe this is true.

"The family are staggered that Michael signed - or even agreed to it." There was concern, too, that Katherine has still not received her share. "Katherine should be due her $99m now - and we are wondering why she hasn't received that yet. The money is in the bank from the deals, and Michael's orders are clear on the documents. As yet the estate administrators and Katherine have not even discussed this. There is much ill-feeling in the family over this, because for years Katherine has always relied on Michael's money. As of today it is not around. The house needs improvements, security could be improved and Katherine would want to lavish money on her grandchildren and give to good causes. The law and paperwork is on her side - and she has given up challenging the estate to get the money she deserves."

When will they ever be ashamed?

When will the madness end?

'Lavish money on her grandchildren' are code words for financially supporting the nappy-headed children born to Jermaine and Randy's tag team baby mama, Alejandra Oaziaza Jackson. 'Give to good causes' really means to the causes of Joe, Jermaine, Randy, and La Toya.

This would all be so funny if it wasn't so damned deadly. Because, as we all know, 'greed' is one of the 7 Deadly Sins.

It is all quite clear: there can be no other reason to dredge up the complete and utter fiction of Michael being in a so-called 'shaky mental state' when he agreed to and signed his own will outside of a desperation to get hands on unattainable cash.

Prince, Paris, and Blanket are young enough to still be manipulated by grifters. While any one of the Jacksons can most certainly request a higher than normal allowance from the estate in order to take care of the children's needs, all the while pocketing the difference (the current allowance is $81,000 per month), their fortunes are at least safe from direct access by the vultures.

However, Katherine, also known to be quite gullible and easily manipulated, is not as lucky. Her trust can be accessed, which would explain why her 40 percent (which is estimated to be in the $99 million range) is being demanded.

I don't believe Katherine should have to want for anything--that clearly would be against Michael's wishes--but there is nothing good that can come out of giving an eighty-year-old woman $99 million dollars.

Nothing. good.

The desire for expediency in handing over her monies means some one has most likely already struck a deal, of sorts, with Katherine to get a piece of the pie. Although it is her money, I doubt Michael wanted any of his brothers or sisters to get any of it.

I mean, Katherine, sleep with your eyes open.

Seriously, think of it: there is this whole notion of 'it takes one to know one'. If Joe and La Toya can come up with conspiracies about Michael being murdered over money, they are capable of acting in cahoots with someone to do the same thing against Katherine, and hiding her monies in off-shore, untouchable accounts before it is given to the children.

Look, I'm just putting the possibility out there... If Katherine suddenly falls down the stairs after receiving a multi-million dollar lump sum, the police should investigate all possible angles. The same goes for if one of the children dies mysteriously or Blanket finally is zapped to death with a stun gun.

The shock and awe resonating from the Jackson family over this is truly sickening. Instead of seeing the 'big picture' of Michael wanting to ultimately support his three children and, by donating 20 percent of his estate to children's causes, children en masse, they see it only as 'We don't get any money!'

Not only that, they don't understand taking cuts for themselves would take money away from Michael's children.

This all was precisely the reason Michael didn't leave them anything or associate with them. Because they are greedy.  

La Toya, Jermaine, Randy, and Joe: keep making that tabloid money because that is all any of you deserve.

Did Grace really give Michael 'deadly drugs'?

This was the headline in the May 31st issue of the National Enquirer. The accompanying story is available here.

According to the story, Grace Rwaramba was allegedly named in the police investigation that ultimately led to Dr. Conrad Murray being charged with involuntary manslaughter for Michael's death. The article also suggests that Grace had been 'enabling' him for years and was fired in April 2009 because she, possibly, had stopped giving him drugs.

Here is a copy of the letter sent to Grace, dated April 19, 2009:

By the way, I find it curious how it has been circulating around, mainly by the Jackson family, that Grace was fired in December when she herself says she was fired in April. I've been confused about the date of firing myself; it seems as if the Jacksons have once again showcased their feeble level of proximity to Michael before his death.

The overarching theme of the National Enquirer's article is, despite the fact it was Dr. Conrad Murray who administered the fatal dose of Propofol to Michael, it was Grace who was somehow complicit in keeping Michael high and addicted to drugs.

And it is this addiction that led to Michael ever wanting to use Propofol to deal with his insomnia in order to perform the This Is It concerts in the first place, the drug that led to Michael's death.

They note recordings of Michael sounding high and slurred in messages left to Marc Schaffel and Dieter Wiesner, two of Michael's former business associates, to prove he was addicted during times Grace was 'caring for him'. In the messages, recorded between 2001 and 2003, Michael babbles on about the Italian Mafia and not feeling safe at Neverland. If one were to listen to the recordings, it is quite clear that Michael was under the influence of some sort of intoxicant. His speech was slurred and he was very paranoid.

It should be noted that Dieter Wiesner was responsible for the release of tapes of Michael disparaging Jews sometime following his 2005 molestation trial. At the time, he was suing Michael for millions of dollars (the suit was later dismissed); it is well known among American trial lawyers that the release of embarrassing documents or recordings or any materials of that nature can potentially push the sued party into settling a lawsuit. He was also considered to be one of the numerous individuals in Michael's life (along with Ronald Konitzer; both men were collectively known as the 'Germans') who were secretly embezzling money from Michael's accounts.

Following Michael's death, Dieter even told the press Michael kept a secret 'hitlist' of enemies, all in an effort to further humiliate him. Included on the list: Uri Geller, Rabbi Schmuley Boteach, Tommy Mattola, Tom Sneddon, Gloria Allred, and Janet Arvizo, mother of Gavin Arvizo, who accused Michael of molestation in 2003.

If this is all true--and really I believe it is--it would definitely mesh with ex-publicist Bob Jones' assertion in his book, Michael Jackson: The Man Behind the Mask, that Michael performed voodoo rituals to curse celebrities such as Steven Spielberg over his Dreamworks Pictures, David Geffen of Geffen Records, and George Lucas over Captain EO.

Marc Schaffel also filed a $3 million lawsuit against Michael and released tapes:

Schaffel says he has hundreds of voice mail messages from Jackson from 2001 to 2003 that show the nature of his relationship, including Jackson's darker side.

"Michael will yell at you, Michael will punish you, maybe not let you do something," Schaffel said. 

I mention all of this because I want to know who are the people really behind the release of tapes showing Michael being high which then led to the National Enquirer linking his drugged-up state to Grace's own conduct.

Another interestingly peculiar thing about this article is the presence of Daphne Barak.

It was Daphne who was responsible for releasing the videotapes following Michael's death of Grace talking about Michael, as well as the accompanying article in the Times of London that damaged her reputation. Grace claims some of the statements in attributed to her in the article were complete fabrications, although her longtime friend and daughter of spiritual teacher Deepak Chopra, Mallicka Chopra, simply states some of the quotes are taken out of context. I can't help it but I believe at least some of those quotes are similar to things she told Daphne Barak.

We have to remember Daphne basically put Grace on her shitlist of people she was going to betray and destroy if they failed to cooperate; Grace did exactly that! When Grace found out Michael had passed away, Daphne must have knew it would be difficult to get Grace to 'talk', even if Daphne were to continue to be beneath the guise of them two trying to get charities started in Africa.

What am I getting from this piece, you wonder?

I believe it is very probable that Grace had been securing Michael's prescription drugs. Matter of fact, I know this is most likely true.

But the article is trying to turn Grace into a monster who was enabling Michael and isolating him from friends and family, as if she were controlling him.

Although I can't be one hundred percent sure, I doubt Grace's goal was to destroy and extort Michael like so many others did in the past.

The funny thing about relationships with addicts is you are immediately labeled an enabler if you are somehow more concerned about being with them than getting them clean.

That probably was Grace's role. People do things they regret when they love someone.

According to the article, Daphne states that Grace allegedly told her she was afraid the Jackson family were going to blame her for Michael's addiction.

I bet the Jackson family does blame Grace for Michael's addiction.

In 2007 while Michael was living in a mansion in Las Vegas, his family attempted to do an intervention, the result being Michael shut them out. He went on to deny he was ever addicted to drugs or that an intervention had ever taken place or was ever attempted in a December 2007 issue of Ebony magazine.

All lies, of course, as we know now.

But the Jackson family and family friends have blamed Grace for both hindering any kind of communication between Michael and his family and being an enabler.

Romonica Harris--self-proclaimed former fiancee of Michael's in the 1980s and now a so-called Jackson family friend--wrote an unsolicited statement given to the DEA and investigators involved in Michael's death probe and it was obtained by the UK's News of the World in this October 2009 story:

"Grace supplied him with drugs and refused to allow any family members or friends to help him.

"She blocked off anyone who wanted to help Michael to get healthy and productive.

"She is in love with him and refused to completely leave his employment. She expected Michael to marry her but he refused.

"She used his children to stay connected to him and had them calling her Mommy.

"In my opinion Grace was the No 1 enabler in his life."

You know, I can't help but think Romonica is just a hater. She and Grace are the same age and they were both black women in Michael's life. Even if what she says is true, her goal is to disparage Grace because she was jealous Michael chose Grace instead of her (whatever happened with that engagement, romonica? LOL).

I mean, if the shoe fits... even by romonica's statement, it shows at least, at some time, michael and grace had had a relationship that moved beyond a  mere close friendship.

You know what I think?

I think there is someone in the Jackson family--be it a family member or a family friend--spreading lies to the tabloids about Grace.

The goal?

Think of it this way: Grace is the absolute last vestige of the Old Regime. The Old Regime was put together by Michael in order to protect his children. With Michael gone, the Jacksons most likely view Grace as the final fortress blocking them from complete access to the children and their money.

It may sound crazy but we have to remember everything they've done up until this point! La Toya, Randy, Romonica, and unnamed Jackson family insiders have libeled Grace left and right in the press.

This story and its unnamed source are doing the same thing: creating a suspicion around Grace to legitimize excising her from the children's lives. With a suspicion formulated, Grace has no choice but to pick up and leave lest more abuse occur.

The reality is Michael was a drug addict and, even if Grace picked up Michael's prescription pills that were supplied to him under numerous aliases, he was ultimately in control of his own life.

Or maybe out of control. The National Enquirer also reported:

"Michael was terribly addicted, and there was even a hushed-up incident where he almost died after falling form a balcony," added the source. "Grace was aware of all of this." 

I guess all of that was payback for dangling Blanket in Berlin! LOL...

if you look closely, you can see grace in the background just smiling away as michael returns with blanket. the evil temptress knew of michael's crazy deeds!

So what do we have here at the end of it all?

A shady woman who was complicitly invloved in Michael's drug-addled downfall?

Or a lot of unnecessary, money-motivated attacks by the Jackson family and Jackson family friends against a woman  who only acted and behaved in a way Michael had instructed?

Well, we will have to just wait and see. Dr. Conrad Murray is expected to call Grace--along with Debbie Rowe and Lisa Marie Presley--to testify for the defense regarding Michael's drug behavior and history.

And these women should know. In Michael's divorce settlement with Debbie, he exhorted her to never speak of any 'purported drug use'!

Grace--who lived with Michael ever since Prince was born in 1997--should know more than anyone.

The question remains, however: how, if at all, was she involved?

So, the Jackson family has put together Michael Jackson memorabilia to auction off to the public in hopes to raise money for a Gary, Indiana-based Jackson Family Museum.

If the idea of a Jackson Family Museum is not horrific enough (seriously, gary, indiana does not need a jackson museum. it's clearly a problem when the only thing about the city to be proud of is the jackson family...LOL. gary, get it together and build some schools and get a working police force!), the memorabilia--in the form of belts--to be sold has been signed by Papa Joe and Mama Katherine AND Michael's three children Prince, Paris, and Blanket!

Okay, I'd be a damned fool if I didn't call this out as yet another attempt at a cash-in on the Michael Jackson brand.

First, we had La Toya running to the tabloids spreading that garbage about Michael being murdered by Creatures of the Night and getting paid handsomely for the 'scoop' as Miss Toy Toy sees it. (she's probably still doing european talk shows.)

Next, we had Katherine challenging the will and the executors of her son's estate (obviously she piped down about that one; didn't want to lose her payout, i suppose, seeing that michael put in a 'no contest' clause to prevent squabbles over money...you squabble, you lose money). 

Then, we had Jermaine and his hysterically funny, ill-fated Vienna Tribute. God don't like ugly, Jermaine!

Then, we had Joe attempting to get a monthly stipend from the estate, completely disregarding the fact he'd be taking money from his own grandchildren. 

Then, we had Randy and his little plan to open up Michael's mausoleum for the fans. Who knows whether or not Randy was planning to sell MJ buttons and t-shirts, popcorn or peanuts, or attempt to hawk a CD. Who knows!

But now, Jacksons? 

Now, your madness and your greed has just went too far. 

The thing is the Jacksons knew Michael was dedicated to protecting his children and shielding them from the public eye. Why they have dropped the ball on that exhortation from him is beyond me. These children are paraded around as if they were little money-makers; the paparazzi can take pictures of them as much as they want!

Maybe the children are money-makers to the Jacksons. 

Jackson 3, indeed, perhaps...

If that is not bad enough, lawyers for Michael's estate have suggested that the belts may be a violation of Michael Jackson-owned trademarks and are completely unauthorized. Says attorney Howard Weitzman:

"The Trustees of the Estate of Michael Jackson did not authorize the making or the sale of the Michael Jackson Tribute Belts. We would never condone the use of Michael's children's signatures to promote the sale of merchandise."

The maker of the belts, Jerry Olivarez, is a Jackson family friend (of course! the jacksons' avaricious schemes are always executed while in cahoots with a shady grifter) and plans to sell seven thousand of these MJ-styled belts. The one with the signatures of Michael's three children on it will allegedly start at $5000.

It will make one rich and demented MJ fan very happy.

Seriously, it is absolutely no wonder Michael did not leave any money to his family (outside of his mother, children, Tito's three sons from 3T, and three male cousins, of course).

I guess Michael knew they'd somehow find a way to make it themselves.

And, boy, have they found ways...

Seriously, the level of greed in this family astounds me. Really. Some people like the Jackson family and think they are 'okay' but I smell shit.

Like they say, 'For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil...' I can't wait to see how all of this madness plays out.

I will drop everything for my Grace Rwaramba Google News alerts. I finally got another one after weeks and weeks of no news tips.

According to the News of the World, Grace has finally been let go. Officially this time.

Allegedly, the firing occurred following a disagreement with Paris over homework, Paris told Katherine she and her siblings, I suppose, don't 'like' Grace anymore, and Grace left a few days later, saying she wanted to do missionary work in Haiti. (LOL, did they just throw the 'haiti' thing out there?)

All I have to say is I am not especially surprised.

My guess is the family wanted Grace out for months and months now but had no good reason. She was the children's nanny and, at the time following Michael's death, they loved her. Seeing she was the one who called DCFS when the Encino compound was getting out-of-hand and unsafe, throwing her out then would have made them look as if they had had something to hide. But, yep, homework, what a nice, frivolous reason to fire a trusted family friend and the 'mother' of Michael's children. *rolls eyes* 

Let's remember all of the shenanigans the news has reported with regards to Granny Katherine's well-controlled (yeah, right!) little household:

Stun guns, one that allegedly tried to ensnare Blanket Jackson in its 300,000 volt tentacles.

Jaafar punching--or 'play punching'--his little bro Jermajesty.

Don't forget endless karate excursions, sneaking out to movie premieres with their cousins, playing with friends at theme parks galore!

It was a veritable carnival everyday for these children!

So, basically, what we have here is children living in a structureless, free-for-all, also known as a child's 'dream come true'.

If we check history, the Jackson family is a family of fuck-ups and, outside of Janet and Michael, talentless losers. Most of them possess strong streaks of avarice in spite of their soft voices and kind smiles. All of that is an act.

I can't help but fear for his children. I'm not saying they are doomed but all of a sudden the woman who've they've called 'Mommy' since they were born is the enemy?

How has that happened?

I believe the Jackson family have a twisted 'blood is thicker than water' mentality. They want to shut everyone who is not 'family' out (of course, grifting family friends ready to orchestrate huge profit-inducing plans with michael's money are A-OK!), especially if they could potentially disrupt any avaricious deeds. And, of course, these individuals are labeled as shady bloodsuckers and spies! (i mean, talk about pots calling the kettles black!) 

So many fans will probably be tremendously relieved Grace has left the proverbial building. In their ruthless insanity and idol worship of Michael Jackson, she has become a sort of villian just because she has been  so easily characterized in such a way by certain reporters, such as Roger Friedman.

'Grace is a snake!'

Such moronity is predicated upon the idea, the hope, of Grace never, ever having been Michael's girlfriend. Yes, we all know the hate directed at Grace is pure jealousy because she was close to Michael and anyone who denies that fact will immediately lose all credibility in my eyes.

But, really, now, even if you think she shouldn't/couldn't/wouldn't have been his 'girlfriend', you cannot deny the fact she was instrumental in creating the three well-behaved little nuggets Paris, Prince, and Blanket grew up to be.

Now? They are ungrateful little bastards, as far as I am concerned. 

They see the opportunity to run wild and play all day. Why wouldn't Paris get angry when her 'mother' has instructed her to do her homework! Is this not the age of the typical 'I hate you, Mom!' bullshit kids like to pull?

That doesn't mean the parent should be banished forever!

It is sad.

With Grace gone, the Jackson family will be able to effectively milk the children of their millions. Seriously, if that is not their goal, why did Randy call her 'evil' on his twitter page following the DCFS investigation of the stun gun fiasco? 

Grace was the only one ever trying to keep the kids safe while Katherine is completely gullible (i mean you'd have to be really gullible if La Toya 'anyone-can-take-over-my-brain-and-control-me' Jackson describes you as such!) and easily manipulated by everyone around her waiting for the typical Michael Jackson handout. 

I mean--hello!--which Jackson grifter tried to get Katherine to challenge her son's will when it came to naming executors? Who was behind all of the pushes for a Jackson family member to be in control of the money? 

Michael didn't even like his family! According to an ex-publicist of a current Jackson family friend:

Before he died, Michael wasn't even talking to his family. When they went to trial Michael would just go in his room afterwards and not talk to any of them.

His three deposed and shifty-eyed bodyguards also attested to Michael's lack of familial connectedness: Randy had a gun pulled out on him when he approached the gates of Michael's Las Vegas home. Michael didn't want anything to do with his family and he avoided them at all costs.

And now you have this family in control of the futures of his three precious children? It's insanity!

Look at Grace's promise to Michael, as written in the program of his televised memorial service:

Dear Michael, the last 17 years with you I will never forget.

Thank you for your love and for your understanding.

Thank you for entrusting me with your precious children, my love for them will never waver.

Through the peaks and the valleys, we laughed hard, and we cried. But through it all you taught me to always rise above it.

I miss you so much but I know that you are in a better place. Rest in peace, my friend. With love.

Sure, I realize Michael fired Grace in the last months of his life. But he was also a drug addict and completely out of it; for all I know, he was indisputably under the influence, trading his talent for prescription pills that allowed him to wallow in his own self-absorbed misery, while scorning those who cared for him the most.

I know he loved Grace and she loved him. Their romance, however, is not a concern of mine at this point.

It is a tragedy because Michael wanted his children to not grow up to be Lindsay Lohan-esque little fame whore fuck-ups. Although his drug abuse and inability to excise enablers like Dr. Arnold Klein from his life led to his temporal separation from his children, it does not mean all of the values he wanted to instruct them in should be completely cast to the wayside.

I sincerely believe the children have been brainwashed by the family to despise Grace. I knew she would be phased out eventually. Paris, Prince, and Blanket have all been effectively tempted by structureless freedom.

Well, children, freedom isn't free. It comes at a price.

Unfortunately, the debt due was a loving mother and a shot at normalcy.

Good luck, nuggets; when you are a little older you'll realize the error of your ways. I can't help but think their is a little bittersweet relief in Grace's heart; you can only take madness for so long before it begins to destroy your own sanity...

R.I.P., genuine love and protection. You will always be missed...

Trashing up the place

So, Randy Jackson, the least talented member of the Jackson family (well, La Toya comes in at a close second and Jackie's voice really isn't all that great, but I digress), has decided to try and open up the mausoleum where Michael Jackson is entombed to the fans on the first anniversary of his death.

As we all know, a number of celebrities have been laid to rest at Forest Lawn, such as Bette Davis, Jean Harlow, W.C. Fields, and Clark Gable; it is not just Michael.

So, naturally, the families of some of these celebrities are none too pleased. According to TMZ, Clark Gable's grandson believes the letting in of Michael's fans would desecrate the sanctity of his grandfather's eternal home. Alternately, the grandson of W.C. Fields has no problem with Randy's idea.

What we have here, I suppose, is a sort of stasis, and Forest Lawn has very strict rules regarding public access to the mausoleum. We will just have to see how far little Randy gets with his plan. Maybe farther than Jermaine's Vienna Tribute to Michael, perhaps? LOL!

The realization that we are all fast approaching the first birthday of Michael's corpse really puts things in perspective: Michael is dead.

But, clearly, the whole 'His spirit will live on through his music' thing is not something some of us take to heart. For the life of me, I cannot understand the desire for a fan to want to even visit his tomb. Sentimentality aside, he didn't know the vast majority of his fans in life and he certainly won't know, in death, if any of us skirted the visit.

What is Randy's deal? Is he charging entry fees (if he wasn't, he's an idiot!)? God forbid, he has a CD coming out and this is his way of garnering attention!

I thought this comment about the whole issue was exactly on point:

"Well here we go....now even the corridors of prestigious & solitary Forest Lawn will become little more than a cheap carnival midway. Leave it to the whims of America's #1 freakshow family to trash it up.

If the Jacksons cared about a final resting place for Michael Jackson where his fans could pay their respects they should have thought of that beforehand and laid him to rest at Neverland or a close equivalent. It's just like a Jackson to expect decades old decorum and rules to be bent to satisfy the Jacksons whims.

I certainly hope Forest Lawn, and family members of other celebrities entombed there, put a firm thumbs down to this ridiculous and evasive affront to the institutions reputation of dignity and sanctity.

Maybe it is the cynic in me but I feel this is just another pathetic money grab by the Jackson family.

Putting Michael at Neverland would have been a good idea if the Jacksons' first intention was to again parade him around posthumously like they did in life. Actually, I do believe their original goal was to turn Neverland into Graceland; I believe the only reason they bailed on the idea--citing that Michael hated Neverland (sure he did)--was because of the media scrutiny!

I mean, is it really so far-fetched (the 'money squeeze' bit) given the fact Michael's memorial became an enormous cash-in for all of the major television stations, not to mention the Jacksons convinced the city of Los Angeles to foot the bill? Don't tell me you believe the Jacksons didn't get a cut of those profits! The memorial was not needed--nor was Joe Jackson's cheap ass, Gary, Indiana version (did you even love michael, joe?!)--because the family went on to have two more funerals.

Don't forget the final funeral of his entombment at Forest Lawn was also briefly televised! The Jacksons most likely received a yet another handsome paycheck from CNN, ET, the Insider, and any other news outlet. 

Well, that is my conspiracy theory, anyway...

So, turning Forest Lawn into a sort of beyond-the-dead Michael Jackson concert is not a good idea. It borders on  disrespectful, even. If I even hear of Snickers wrappers and Big Gulp cups littering the inside of the mausoleum, I think I may cry.

Fans--for the love of everything that is decent and just--form a candlelit prayer circle and sing 'We Are The World' to commemorate the first birthday of Michael's corpse. If anyone with family entombed at Forest Lawn does not want you there, just accept it.

Don't be a victim to another one of the Jackson family's schemes!

I sure do love a good picture, and I am a complete sucker for a Michael Jackson photo gallery. I could literally sit there for an hour click-clicking away through pictures of Michael.

Well, look. This, of course, is the natural consequence of too much perming. Not only will you not have any hair left, you'll still have to deal with the dreaded nappy sideburn. And that sideburn above is pretty nappy! I wonder what his kitchen looks like...hmmm...if the sideburn is any indication, the kitchen is just a mess!

With all of the gay rumors flying around, I thought someone would have burned these incriminating pictures of Michael smooching the Rev. Al Sharpton. SMH. I thought Mike was keeping it on the down low?! Mike, why you gotta grab Al's ear in public? Come on, now...

What can I say? I don't have a problem with those uber-masculine shades; it's the wig. What is he hiding under there? A Barely Legal magazine? The last vestiges of his 80s jheri curl? His 'little mikka jaxon' 70s afro? No, not the afro; the afro was banished a long, long time ago; the nose knew it's turn was next...it was only a matter of time...

But that's what plastic surgery wil do to you; I used to joke with my sister (also a MJ fan) that it would be pretty scary to wake up in the middle of the night with Michael standing over you. Just think, I was talking about Michael with makeup! Imagine the horror without! Aaaaaarrrrrrggggghhh!

Askew wig + aviator sunglasses + phony cleft + disfigured, pinpoint nose = another Macaulay Culkin scream, and a requiem for his former face. Lower heads in silence everyone.

I'm pretty sure we all need a palate cleanser at this point.

So, Dr. Klein is sticking to his story

In my last post, I told you about Elizabeth Taylor bashing Dr. Arnold Klein for 'blabbing' about Michael's alleged gay affair, not to mention raising suspicion over the good doctor's proximity to people in Michael's love life.

Klein issued his own rebuttal to Liz, typing back to her on twitter:

"Dearest Elizabeth Michael CHOSE whom he loved; I only SUPPLIED medical care. May God bless you and Michael. Your friend Arnie."

Mmmm...snarky!

This is turning out to be a truly fascinating little saga (well, if you aren't a Michael Jackson fan, it is most likely a snoozefest!)!

Although, Michael Jackson is a corpse and his love life or lack thereof is completely irrelevant at this point, I am still interested and tickled pink. This story was like an antidepressant for me; it made me laugh and got me to sleuthing, even if it's on that 'small-minds' level (as in 'small minds discuss people, average minds discuss events, great minds discuss ideas').

Do you even get that Michael was a mystery? LOL!

Well, we'll see where this all goes. Even though Klein seems absolutely shady, he and Jason Pfeiffer are looking very convincing at this point; I was sure this would all crumble to pieces when someone with legitimate proximity (ie., not a group of self-serving employees with a tell-all book in wings) to Michael would emerge and set the record straight (no pun intended).

Well, it still hasn't happened. So, for all we know, Michael was as gay as a fruit basket. 

I should mention, though, my sister is so bent on not believing this story. She accuses me of being untruthful in my feelings of Michael being gay. I'm not saying he was a homosexual; all I am trying to point out is he was a sexual mystery.

Period.

Besides, what completely straight man has not one but two 'art books' showing men having sex with each other?

No completely straight man. Forget all of the 'straight' porn and focus on the Pink Elephant in the room.

I think he may have been fluctuating on the human sexuality continuum, regardless if he mostly liked women (which I think he did). All I ask of the fans is if they are going to create some qualitative 'list' of what makes Michael not gay, pedophilic, or asexual, at least mention the two homo-erotic (or shall I say, gay pornographic?) art books.

Sweeping evidence under the rug just because it represents a flaw in your semi-delirious fantasy of a man you don't know is disingenuous. Seriously, fans, stop making lists of women he allegedly flirted with/dated/slept with; not only is it totally creepy, it's stupid. I can guarantee Michael is looking down at you feverishly typing a comment in a forum and saying, 'Damn, I didn't know I hit that!' or maybe, 'I think they'd be a little disappointed if they knew my real batting average...'  

Shit, I think Michael may have actually had some homosexual feelings or relations. There clearly is nothing out there to tell me to believe otherwise!

And it tickles me so...the story, I mean. Keep it coming, Arnie baby! My teacup is almost dry...

When will we have the real story?

As you know, I've been chronicling Jason Pfeiffer's admission of a gay relationship with Michael Jackson during the final months of Michael's life right here on this blog.

Now, I've been going back and forth mentally over whether or not I should believe Jason's tale. I can't help but think of pre-vitiligo Michael and see a heterosexual black man. However, I feel more doubtful when I see post-vitiligo Michael, sliced and sculpted to unrecognizable oblivion, reeling from two bizarre marriages.

Seriously, it makes me wonder.

Well, now one of Michael's closest friends in life, Elizabeth Taylor, has thrown more confusion into the mix. Speaking out against Dr. Arnold Klein on her twitter page, she types:

"Dr. Arnie Klein declared on May 2 that he did not betray Michael Jackson by saying publicly that he had a homosexual relationship with someone in 'Arnie's' office. It seems he supplies not only women (Debbie Rowe), but men too ... how convenient.

"Just what we want in our doctors. And then to say he did not betray Michael's confidence. No wonder he has death threats. ... I thought doctors, like priests took an oath of confidentiality. May God have mercy on his soul."

Liz didn't even dispute the story of Michael being gay! She had more of an issue with Klein betraying Michael's trust than anything Klein has alleged!

Liz has had many closeted male homosexual friends since being in Hollywood, Rock Hudson and Montgomery Cliff to name two. If Michael was gay, she would know and she also would not have a problem with his lifestyle.

What do we have now?

Well, on one hand, we have Joe, Jermaine, and La Toya Jackson saying Michael was not gay. But the problem with them is they were not close to Michael whatsoever. By the time he reached a sort of untouchable level of celebrity, he ridded himself of individuals he believed (and so do I) to be familial grifters.

Of course, we do have Michael's lustrous bodyguards who also say he was not a homosexual, although they were merely employees and not confidants. No celebrity would dish secrets to an employee unless they were slightly off-kilter. Or, perhaps, all three of them needed serious 'Gaydar' tune-ups.

But then we have Liz, and we all know how close she was to Michael; he was a son to her.

Maybe it is that no one knows.

Maybe it is that Michael was a bisexual who adapted his sexuality (ie., being 'open' or playing it 'straight') to his company's tastes.

Maybe his inordinate amount of commercial, heterosexual porn was a cover up; maybe he hid his gay porn after use due to the shame of possible discovery; or maybe he limited his homosexual pornography to so-called 'art books', like the two found in his home.

Who the hell knows, now?

What I do know is Michael was not big on women as equals. Naturally, this would lead to the impossiblity of ever having a normal, healthy relationship with a woman (if you think the marriages with lisa marie and debbie rowe were 'successes', imagine the failures. yuck!). As in Ancient Greece and Rome, men who viewed women as less-thans saw it as more befitting to sleep with other men as well.

Misogyny and male homosexual behavior (ditch the Western notion of homosexuality to understand this analysis) are linked.

Also, Michael was clearly not prolific in the 'Lady Department'. If he were, discussion of his sexuality--even if he had hidden it completely from the public eye--would never be successful on the gay tangent.

Now, we must wait. We shall see if anything else akin to Liz's tweets (ie., not repudiating Klein's gay rumor; the first thing one says is always the truth!) will emerge.

Oh snap, could La Toya finally be on to something?

Hell has frozen over!

I watched TMZ on TV Monday night and the luxuriously skeletal La Toya Jackson (or, as I tenderly call her: 'Toy Toy'), wearing her typical wifebeater and cowboy hat, was leaving a restaurant with a man. The TMZ paparazzi bombarded her with questions about the usual fare (Michael's death) and the newest scandal (Jason Pfeiffer's admission of a relationship with Michael--video here).

Of course La Toya said everything regarding Michael's death was a 'conspiracy': 'It's all a conspiracy!' she usually says.

But she also called the Jason Pfeiffer scandal a 'conspiracy'. 

I first thought to myself: Is this heffa nuts? Here we go again; she's trying to capitalize off of Michael's death...greedy grifter!

But then I got to thinking--for once--that maybe this time La Toya's meanderings and drunken accusations about the Shadow Man and other intangible Creatures of the Night may have an interesting grain of truth!

See, a Michael Jackson fan had left a comment on this blog, suggesting that the Jason Pfeiffer story was a possible cover up for something unseemly on Dr. Arnold Klein's part.

Could this be what La Toya was referring to? She stated that we all know Michael was not gay and the truth is coming out.

But what could be good ol' Arnie Klein's motive?

This could give us some clues.

Klein injected Michael 51 times, over the final three months of his life, with the drug Demerol. (As we all know, Michael's song 'Morphine' discussed his addiction to the substance.) Why he wanted to release the damned invoice listing all of the procedures he'd done to Michael is unknown, but I suppose it had something to do with the whole 'well, if you don't have anything to hide...' thing. bad move, arnie, bad move! smh.

Seeing that Dr. Conrad Murray delivered fatal doses of the anesthetic Propofol which killed Michael, Klein knows the cops will be on the tails of any drug-pushing doctors.

But why did Klein involve Jason Pfeiffer, a man more fitting of his taste than what we'd immediately assume to be Michael's, and allege a gay affair?

Jason is Klein's office manager and the CEO of his dermatology practice. If Michael was constantly seeing the doctor in the final months of his life, would it not be convenient to say he was coming into the office to see a lover who worked in the office instead of being injected with Demerol and scraping away the last vestiges of his original face?

It would make sense!

Really, the real question is why Klein would allege something about a friend if it was not true.

Because he doesn't want to go to jail; Klein is a very wealthy man and he has a lot to lose, being the 'Father of injectable fillers' and all.

So La Toya, despite the fact neither she nor her family were incredibly close to Michael in his twilight years, was able to set her insanity aside and put two-and-two together. Go La Toya! (OMG! i can't believe i said that!)

The reality is Klein--having been with Michael since the 1980s and diagnosed his vitiligo and lupus--was Michael's biggest enabler. no, it was not his nanny, grace; don't get it twisted. He knows it and so does anyone with functioning brain cells. Why he hasn't been called out and arrested along with Murray is absolutely flabbergasting!

So, Klein is most likely going to continue putting up roadblocks to keep the cops from sniffing him out. No matter how ridiculous the diversion cough*Jason*cough, he will do anything. And La Toya will continue on with her fabulous conspiracy theories until she strikes oil.

Why Klein couldn't just buckle down and refuse to supply Michael with drugs is anyone's guess.

My guess? Klein possesses an incredible strain of avarice; no one--once they have tasted the ambrosia of fame, even if it's by proxy--wants to give it up.

The same goes for Michael, perhaps? smh. oh, michael...
